Dramatis Personae: Catalogue of NPCs

This thread exists to keep track of the many, many names of relevant citizens in our campaign world. While we likely won't include the more mainstream names that are regular personalities (The gods, the Royal Family, Etc), we will try our best to catalogue everyone from the folks we've used once or twice that have situational relevance to those in the mid range who it might be wise to keep in mind, so you can look them up when their names are on the tip of your tongue. The DMs will likely edit the posts in this thread often, so don't expect to see regular posts, even if the information updates as appropriate. We shall try to list people by location most often associated with them.
